This page explains how CostGuard describes the third parties involved in delivering the service. CostGuard does not publish a current subprocessor inventory today. The Privacy Policy describes the categories of parties with whom information may be shared, and the Contact page is the route for current reviewed information.
What a subprocessor is
A subprocessor is a third party engaged to help deliver part of a service, and that may handle service data in the course of that work. Typical categories for a cloud product include the cloud platform that hosts the application, marketplace and identity services, and operational tooling used to run and support the product.
Current disclosure approach
CostGuard describes third-party involvement at the level of categories rather than as a published list. The Privacy Policy names Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Marketplace as services CostGuard integrates with where applicable, and states that customer use of Microsoft services stays subject to Microsoft's own terms and privacy statements.
Changes and customer communication
Third-party arrangements can change as the product develops. This page publishes no notification period and no change feed for subprocessors, and it commits to none. Any notification duty that applies to your account comes from the agreement that applies to your account.

If you need current, reviewed information about the third parties involved in delivering CostGuard for a security review, a procurement review, or a privacy assessment, use the Contact page to ask. Requests are answered with the information that is current and reviewed at that time.

This page is not a subprocessor list and does not stand in for one. It does not state that a complete or reviewed inventory exists, and it names no vendor entity, service region, contract date, transfer mechanism, or certification status. Where you need that detail, ask through the Contact page.
